Nice friendly hotel, staff were awesome. Rooms we're ok, only compliant was the mattress needed replacing. I would return though
Friendly staff, comfortable & spacious room, quiet, and well-priced. Plus we had the best breakfast sandwich of all time made by chef Jamal. Delicious!
The staff was very friendly, and I had no complaints. The rooms were pretty good. (They appeared clean, but were showing a little age.) I wish there was a pool. I really could have done without the drag racing on the street late at night. That's not the hotel's fault, of course.
Wonderful staff that really goes out of their way to make sure you have everything comfy hotel no issues. They serve Starbucks and bistro downstairs.
I love this hotel..the rooms are so nice, and (besides 1) the employees are friendly, and kind... I love speaking to thewoman who works 11pm till morning. I wish I remembered her name.. , but she is wonderful. I definitely recommend this hotel...
Julie the front desk clerk was amazing and super friendly, polite and cheerful, Jackie and Bryan the night shift Bistro crew were also super enjoyable and pleasant to spend time with and Jamal the breakfast server at the Bistro remembered how I liked my coffee as well as my breakfast sandwich. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and will make sure to stay there again if I am ever back in that area!!
Very nice quiet hotel located near the university (9 min drive) and many restaurants and shops. Upon check-in staff was extremely nice. The lobby is quite small and looks like a after thought however, it was clean. As typical for many hotels nowadays there is not free breakfast included but you can order from their starbucks looking shop for breakfast. Room was small. Had a king bed with pull out sofa. The bed and odd shaped sofa (twin sofa bed) was way too big for the small room so I will call it a cozy room. There was plenty of parking on our visit. Overall, nice hotel and would stay here again when in the area.
I had to share that while the hotel itself met expectations, Blaine at the front desk made the visit special. He was friendly and helpful and went out of his way to make us feel welcome and well cared for.
